油墨技术参考 
粘度：6000-15000CPS（因温度,颜色而异）

细度：5um↓

附着力：5B优

80-90℃时,30-40分钟完全固化

过网性能：200目-400目网纱（用金,银,珠光粉调配之油墨除外）

稀释剂：S90中干水

涂覆面积：30-35㎡/㎏（测试以300目聚脂单丝感光胶,网版为标准）

固化剂：H1

油墨使用方法
应与OLS系列固化剂配合使用（油墨：固化剂≈90：10）。

使用前应与OLS固化剂按既定比例充分搅拌10分钟。

根据需要可添加10-30％稀释剂进行稀释。

受到污染的素材应在表面用去渍油清洗或擦拭,以利于印刷效果优异。

印刷错误时,应待其未完全干燥前用抹字水去除,重新再印。

印刷过程中遇到网版堵塞之状况,应先用洗版水清洗之后再印刷。

需要套色时,应在前颜色表干或硬干后再进行套色工作。

附着力,硬度,耐酸性,耐油性,耐去渍油性,抗划伤性,耐磨性等性能的检测,需要墨层完全固化后方可检测。

未经允许,不得将OLS系列油墨与其它类型油墨混用及配色。

注意事项
使用前添加适量稀释剂充分搅匀。

不同型号的油墨请用专用稀释剂。

试印确认符合要求后再批量生产。

做好被印物的表面清除油脂及杂质工作,以促进附着效果。

丝网或被印物表面带静电,将会造成印刷后油墨会有细孔。

环境湿度过高会影响印刷效果。

制品涂层实干后,方可叠层装运。

作业完毕后剩余油墨紧闭容器封口。

当印刷品质出现不良状况时,请向本公司技术部咨询,切勿自行处理。

安全规划
油墨,稀释剂使用及储存时严禁烟火。

使用时注意施工场所的通风状况良好。

尽量避免皮肤直接接触。

本品不慎溅入口,鼻,眼,耳内,应用大量水清洗或直接求助医生。

对本品过敏者,使用前应涂覆一层皮肤护肤膏或戴不渗透性手套。

Technical reference ink

Ink using method

The matters needing attention

Before use, add appropriate amount of diluent stirring.

Different types of ink please use special thinner.

Try printing again after confirmation of compliance with the requirements of mass production.

Do be print surface to remove grease and impurities, in order to promote the adhesion effect.

The screen or by print surface with static electricity, will result in printing ink after printing will have pores.

Environmental humidity is too high will affect the printing effect.

Products after the coating work, can be laminated shipment.

When the operation is completed the remaining ink closed container sealing.

Safety planning
